- Domestic Deliveries: Conducted via SameDay Romania or other carriers as deemed suitable based on operational efficiency.
- International Shipping: Executed exclusively through FedEx or alternate carriers, determined by logistical requirements and destination specifics.

3. Dispatch and Delivery Times
Shipping Times for Domestic Orders
- Delivery Times: Once dispatched, domestic orders are typically delivered within 2-7 working days, ensuring timely receipt.
Shipping Times for International Orders
- Delivery Times: International shipments generally arrive within 7 business days; however, depending on the destination and customs processing, delivery can extend to 14-21 days in exceptional cases.
Dispatch Time (Universal)
- Dispatch Period: For both domestic and international orders, dispatch is usually initiated within 1-7 working days for orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days.
- Peak Periods: During high-demand phases, the dispatch may extend up to 14 business days. This measure is in place to manage a surge in orders while maintaining our commitment to quality service. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
4. Liability for Shipping Delays
- After an order is dispatched, Premiott S.R.L is no longer liable for any delays in delivery. The courier service assumes responsibility for the timely delivery of orders from the point of dispatch.
5. Tracking and Customer Support
- Customers will receive a tracking number (AWB code) with their dispatch confirmation, enabling them to monitor the progress of their delivery. For any issues related to delivery delays, please direct your inquiries to the respective courier service.
6. International Shipments
- Customs duties and taxes applicable to orders shipped outside Romania are the responsibility of the recipient. The Company cannot predict these costs and is not responsible for them. Recipients are obliged to comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Order Cancellation Policy

- Customized or Assembled Items: Orders that involve customizations or assembly initiated upon customer request cannot be canceled once the customization or assembly process has begun. This is due to the personalized nature of these orders, which are tailored to individual specifications.
- Immediate Action Required: Given our commitment to swift service, we encourage you to submit any cancellation requests as soon as possible. While we guarantee a review of all requests before dispatch, we cannot ensure cancellation once preparations for shipping are underway.
- Refunds: Upon the successful cancellation of an order, refunds will be processed according to our Return and Refund Policy. Please allow a standard processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
