Industry-specific terms

Custom Orders

Our custom products, including modified Seiko watches and bespoke leather goods, are meticulously crafted according to your specifications. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate details at the time of order.

• Order Fulfillment: Production timelines for custom orders generally range from 2-3 weeks. However, this period can extend up to 8 weeks if components require new production or are out of stock. We strive to keep you informed about the status of your order, including any potential delays. It is possible for items ordered from suppliers to become out of stock between placing the order and scheduled shipping. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping issues beyond our control.
• Return and Refund Policy: Custom orders are subject to specific return and refund conditions as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. Downpayments for custom orders, representing 50% of the total order value, are non-refundable to cover part of the production costs. In cases where full payment has been made, only 50% of the payment is refundable if the order is canceled, except for fully personalized items which are not refundable once production has commenced. • Intellectual Property: The designs, techniques, and customization methods used in creating your custom products are the intellectual property of Premiott S.R.L. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or imitation of these designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

By placing a custom order with Premiott S.R.L, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the production process is initiated based on your specifications, making these products uniquely yours. This clause ensures both parties understand their rights and obligations in the transaction of custom orders.

Shipping and Handling for Custom Items

Shipping times for custom items may exceed standard estimates due to the nature of production. We provide estimated delivery dates upon order confirmation. Custom items require careful handling to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Shipping insurance is recommended and available upon request at an additional cost.

Modifications to Products

Post-purchase modifications to products are subject to additional charges and must be discussed and approved by Premiott S.R.L. Modifications may affect the original warranty terms, and additional work will be covered under a separate agreement.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding custom orders, Premiott S.R.L commits to engaging in good faith negotiations to resolve the matter. We offer mediation as an initial step before any legal proceedings. This approach is intended to expedite resolution and reduce costs for all parties involved.

Alternative Payment Methods

Besides Shopify Payments, we could add / remove alternative payment methods as needed, without notice.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to accept or refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a specific reason. In the event that we decline to fulfill an order, the order will be canceled. If any payment has already been made, we will process a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. No further claims or obligations shall be applicable beyond this.

Final terms

Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice
