Every Premiott watch starts in the configurator: you choose the model, dial, case color, hands, and bracelet, then add, if you like, an engraved text. The watch is assembled by hand in our workshop in Cluj-Napoca and shipped in 1–7 days.

A Premiott custom watch is an automatic watch you configure yourself: choose the case, dial and strap, then add an engraving of up to 10 characters on the caseback. Every order is assembled by hand in Cluj-Napoca around a Seiko NH35 automatic movement. Dispatched in 1-7 days.

What can I personalize on a Premiott watch?
In the configurator you choose the model and the visible components, the dial, hands, bezel, case, and bracelet or strap, and see in real time what your watch looks like. At the end you can also add a personalized engraving on the caseback.
Can I add an engraving to the watch?
Yes, a message of up to 10 characters, engraved on the caseback. Romanian diacritics (ă, î, ș, ț) are supported. You'll find message ideas in our engraving message guide.
How long until the watch ships?
Every watch is assembled to order in our workshop in Cluj-Napoca, and shipping takes 1–7 days. Engraving and assembly are included in the shipping timeline.
What warranty do personalized watches have?
All Premiott watches have a 24-month warranty, regardless of the configuration chosen.
Can personalized watches be returned?
No, every watch is built specifically for you, which is why personalized products cannot be returned. Details in our return policy.
